The church wedding takes place in the catholic parish church St. Jakobus which is from the 14th century, on the market place in Rudesheim . The medieval image gravestones of the Rudesheim aristocracies in the north side nave, among others, are worth seeing as well as the gothic tympanum at the west portal. A weather vane with a half moon and a star can be seen on the tower. It reminds of the crusades, in which the knight Bromser from Rudesheim also participated. The catholic parish church St. Jakobus has about 650 seating places.
